2013 Toyota Venza Review
If you prefer a hatch to a tribe, and you want a car that just a bit higher, but all the necessary robust evidence drive in so many crossovers and commercial vehicles Turns the 2013 Toyota Venza could be one of the better cars to set up your shortlist.
Instead of a Camry wagon, the Venza has a middle somewhere between the Camry, the Highlander mid-size crossover, the luxury Lexus RX, and the slightly smaller, more robust-looking RAV4. But unlike the RAV4 or Highlander, the Venza makes absolutely no claim to the off-road trail. And even if you have a third row to get into both the Highlander and RAV4, the Venza has only two rows of (albeit very comfortable chairs)-and the mission is quite different compared to simple utility wagons.
Toyota, the Venza a mid-cycle refresh of sorts for 2013, but it is mainly a shaken features and options. You would be challenged to pick the design differences between the 2012 and 2013 Venza models, perhaps even at the dealership. Styling changes for the 2013 Toyota Venza are limited to some minor changes in the new front grille, new taillight design and a new 19-inch wheels. There are also three new colors for the Venza on the outside-Attitude Black, Cypress Pearl Cosmic Gray Mica and a new interior shade.
What's under the hood is essentially unchanged. There are four-cylinder and V-6 models, and both are offered with a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The base engine is 182 hp from 2.4 liters, while the V-6 makes 268 horsepower. The mileage difference is not so great between the two, with four-cylinder Venzas an EPA rating of 21 mpg city, 27 highway (or as low as 18/25 for the V-6 AWD). Both engines have the same available all-wheel drive system, configured for the road traceability, and V-6 models, there is an available Towing Prep Package (for towing up to 3,500 pounds).
In disks Venza models of previous model year, we found this car a bit more like driving a minivan than a sporty wagon or an SUV. You sit higher, but in terms of ride and handling, the Venza is more carlike than most other alternatives. With soft suspension tuning and steering quite numb, it's never exciting to drive and the huge 20-inch wheels are going to add toughness without treatment benefit. Four-cylinder models are perfect, but uninspiring, while the V-6 models have a stronger, smoother character that makes it feel more like the Lexus RX 350.
Interior and interior of the Venza's accommodations, continue essentially unchanged. And that means that you have an impressive space for five adults and a good amount of load space as an almost-ideal height that makes getting in and out very easy to get. The downside, as we have noted in recent years model is that there is too much hard plastic in contact with the driver and passenger knees than you would expect in a vehicle that both can cost over $ 30,000, we're still not sure how many people have changed in 2013. Road noise is a problem on coarser surfaces.
We do not expect the Venza safety ratings will change significantly in 2013. For 2012, the Venza was an IIHS Top Safety Pick, but it did not do so well in the federal tests, with a three-star (out of five) stars in the front underrun protection.
A much better set of connectivity and infotainment features is really the big news for 2013. The Venza is offered in four-cylinder or V-6 form, in base LE, XLE mid-range and top-finishing Lux Limited-forth with the Limited model V-6-only. But each level adds a number of other new features for 2013. LE models get new display Audio system (similar to those who made their debut in the 2013 Camry), plus a blind-spot mirrors, puddle lamps, and exterior lights. Venza XLE models get a power driver's seat memory, reverse tilt mirrors, and navigation in addition to multi-media functions Entune. And at the top of the line, all Limited models now LED daytime running lights plus premium 13-speaker JBL sound system and improved navigation.
2012 Toyota Tundra Overview
Debut in 2000, the 2012 Toyota Tundra is still a tough truck with driver and passenger comfort in mind. For the latter, the Tundra using front-hinged doors (usually found in cars and similar vehicles) in its extended Double Cab models makes entry / exit of a wind, while the Tundra CrewMax is big enough for leading legroom and adjustable rear seat backrest. The Tundra visibility of such a massive pickup is exceptionally good, and the side mirrors are large. Visibility is further enhanced by the optional powered tow mirrors, rearview camera system, and sonar.
Toyota has many standard features on the tundra, including heavy-duty starter and battery, windshield wiper de-icer, daytime running lights, mudguards, and power heated exterior mirrors. For 2012, Toyota simplified many features and options, with some becoming standard on some models, while others are now also available in packages. Design-wise, the Toyota Tundra is the second generation, with elements borrowed from the Toyota FTX concept pickup and, interestingly, the smaller sibling Toyota Tacoma.
The Toyota Tundra's available V-6 and two V-8 engines continue to offer credible power and towing capacity is up to £ 10,400 with V-8 models.

With one exception, most changes in the Tundra 2012 Toyota cosmetic. Outside styled steel wheels are now standard on all Toyota Tundra with a chrome package available on the Double Cab and CrewMax models.
2012 Toyota Tundra Outside
The 2012 Toyota Tundra carries over largely unchanged from 2011 with changes as a new standard steel wheels. After years of criticism that the previous Tundra does not look hard enough, Toyota butched of the current generation significantly. The chrome grille is huge, the mirrors are huge, and the truck bed height is enormous. Everything seems to be a few inches higher than it should be. In other words, just what customers generally seem to want.
2012 Toyota Tundra Interior
Toyota has done little to update the Tundra interior since its debut in 2007. Part of the interior materials seem paragraph relative to the competition, and drivers continue to struggle watching the meter controls and use the audio controls. Visibility tends to the Tundra's power, especially the large side mirrors.
2012 Toyota Tundra Performance & Handling
The 2012 Toyota Tundra driving remains a resilient one. When the truck bed is empty, the stiff suspension reminds you that you drive a big truck. The light steering, but it makes driving the Tundra very easy, especially when wrapped steering in parking lots.
2012 Toyota Tundra Safety

2012 Toyota Sienna Overview
Debut in 1997 as a 1998 model, the third generation Toyota Sienna minivan has undergone a major redesign last year. The current Sienna is longer and wider, but with a low attitude that makes it easier to enter and than most crossovers and SUVs exit. The Sienna looks more like a crossover, with the grille following the Toyota Venza crossover, and the sculpted rear corners to soften and separate the Sienna minivan of its boxy competitors.
Inside, Toyota engineers expanded interior room, but the distance between the front and rear tires remain unchanged from the previous generation. Roominess, the Toyota Sienna's forte, making it easy for the cab seven and eight seats, cargo space, or both to keep configure. The second row captain's chair, for example, may slide to 23-inch leg space, while the second row middle seat can be removed in eight passenger models to maximize cargo space.
The 2012 Toyota Sienna minivan is available in five models and is powered by either a 2.7-liter I-4 or a 3.5-liter V-6 coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission. The Sienna can be configured with both front-(FWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD).

2012 Toyota Sienna What's new
There are few changes for the 2012 Toyota Sienna, which is undergoing a major redesign for model year 2011. For 2012, Toyota introduces Blue Harmony audio to the Sienna LE, SE, and XLE finish. Automatic on / off headlights and electrically adjustable passenger seat are now standard features on the Toyota Sienna XLE. Buyers of the 2012 Toyota Sienna SE now have dual-view entertainment behind the moonroof option.
2012 Toyota Sienna Outside
The redesigned exterior carries over virtually unchanged into the new model year. While the 2012 Toyota Sienna minivan has a traditional shape, but the new grille, headlights, taillights, and front and rear-end treatments (especially the bumpers), give it a more crossover-like appearance.
2012 Toyota Sienna Interior
We continue to look for the 2012 Sienna expanded to provide, especially in XLE and Limited models with premium leather and faux wood. Seating is plush, and the Toyota Sienna can be configured to provide 150 cubic meters of cargo space with the second row seats are moved aside and the third row stowed
2012 Toyota Sienna Performance & Handling
The 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine provides plenty of prep for most owners' needs as they smooth and fairly quiet. However, we found the power to the 2012 Toyota Sienna was loaded with either passengers or freight (or both), or we had to quickly maneuver through traffic or on a hill. Not surprisingly, the 2012 Sienna is equipped with the 3.5-liter V-6 that higher performance and fuel economy comparable with its four-cylinder sibling. Steering and handling are typical Toyota compete with the controls a bit from the road.
2012 Toyota Sienna Safety
The 2012 Toyota Sienna, like all current Toyota vehicles, comes standard with the Toyota Star Safety System that anti-lock brakes (ABS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD), Brake Assist, Smart Stop (SST), traction control (TRAC included) and Vehicle Stability Control (VSC). Also standard include dual front airbags, dual front-side airbags, two front knee airbags, and front and rear roll-sensing side curtain airbags. Other safety on the 2012 Sienna is also a pre-collision system (PCS) for the belt, Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) to proactively check brakes. The driver's side knee airbag is new in the Sienna.
